Frankie Liu has worked in real estate for the past
22 years, and has acquired extensive experience in
Mid Levels, Shatin and Taipo luxury properties. He
has worked in Sai Kung with Century 21 Goodwin
Property Consultants for the past four years.
Overseeing two sales teams, he concentrates mostly
on the area’s high end properties, and works with a
mix of expatriate, Hong Kong and mainland Chinese
clients. “It is an honor to win Squarefoot’s award
for Best Sales Performance Agents,” says Liu. “It is
great to see that our hard work has the support of
all our customers. In 2009, we won three prestigious
