The Sail at Victoria properties for sale
The Sail at Victoria developed by Hongkong Land and start softsell in Sep. 2008. But the sale delay to 2009 because of financial crisis. The Intention feet price also adjusted to about $10,000 from the orignal of $12,000 to $14,000. Spread about 20%. The project only have 95 units and first phase plan to launch less than one third of the units (about 30 units) and the rest will kept until second half of 2010. It will sale on ready flat and the adjustment for relaunch are in pending.
