Luxury Hits Kai Tak: Victoria Voyage Unveils 103 Flats Starting at HK$13.33M

The highly anticipated Kai Tak runway project, Victoria Voyage, jointly developed by China Overseas, Wharf Group, Henderson Land, and K Wah International, announced its first price list on August 6. The initial batch includes 103 units priced at an average discounted price of HK$29,628 per square foot, with the cheapest units starting at HK$13.33 million. The project will begin accepting registrations of interest this Saturday, with sales arrangements to be disclosed next week.

This makes Victoria Voyage the most expensive new development of 2025 in terms of average discounted price, as the first batch surpasses the prices of 18 other new launches earlier this year.

The first 103 units consist of 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, with unit sizes ranging from 516 to 669 square feet. Prices for these units range from HK$15.15 million to HK$24.6 million, with per-square-foot prices between HK$29,351 and HK$36,767.
