Hong Kong’s hottest new development The Coast Line II development is breaking records left and right.
Developed by CK Asset, the project is now offering buyers a 30% discount, which is expected to revive the market. The development has currently received 38,000 cheques, breaking Villa Esplanada’s 1997 record in Tsing Yi which recorded about 30,000 cheques.
The 626 units of The Coast Line II also broke the record for the most units sold in a single day, generating more than HK$3.9 billion.
