The luxury residential project One Stanley, developed by K&K Property, recently recorded a high-value transaction. A villa in the development was sold for HK$256 million, setting a new per-square-foot record of HK$54,180 for the project.
According to the developer, the sold property is House 38 of One Stanley, offering a usable area of 4,725 square feet. The villa features a four-bedroom, four-ensuite layout, along with 1,675 square feet of front and back gardens and a 1,045-square-foot rooftop. The transaction also includes three parking spaces.
The new buyer, a mainland Chinese-Hong Kong businessman, opted for a 30-day immediate payment plan. To date, One Stanley has sold 29 units, generating over HK$2.66 billion in revenue.
