Henderson Land (0012) has launched the fifth phase of its redevelopment project in Tai Kok Tsui, Gateway Square Mile, with a new price list (Price List No. 6) for 25 additional units. The discounted starting price for these units is HK$5.089 million, with an average discounted price per square foot of HK$20,180. According to the developer, show units will be open for viewing this week.
These 25 units are all one-bedroom apartments, with usable areas ranging from 252 to 285 square feet. The list prices range from HK$5.472 million to HK$6.265 million, with prices per square foot between HK$20,838 and HK$23,115. After discounts, the units are priced between HK$5.089 million and HK$5.826 million, with discounted prices per square foot ranging from HK$19,379 to HK$21,497.
So far, Gateway Square Mile has sold 125 units, generating over HK$700 million in revenue, with an average price per square foot of HK$19,327. Across the entire series, Henderson has sold 2,141 units, bringing in over HK$13.2 billion.
