SHKP guarantees 5% rebate to buyers if new home prices drop 10%+

Under a falling property market, Sun Hung Kai Properties launched its remaining flats for the Novo Land Phase 2A project, guaranteeing buyers a 5 percent refund on the price of their purchased flats.

This refund will be applicable if, by May 2024, the city’s house price index is lower than the value recorded in the month of the purchase.
