Developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, Novo Land’s Phase 3A project released its first price list for 108 units last Tuesday, with a discounted average of HK$11,398 per square foot – the lowest among all phases so far.
On Sunday, the developer unveiled an additional 68 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts, between around 260 and 680 square feet in size. Discounted prices range from around HK$3 million to HK$7.72 million, with an average discounted price of HK$11,538 per square foot – about 1.2% higher than the first batch, and close to the launch pricing of Phase 3B last year.
