In this week’s recap of the weekend property market, residential sales remained low. No new projects were released, and, save for those purchasing new first-hand flats, most homebuyers held back from entering the market.
Only about 40 transactions were recorded in the past two days, down nearly 60% week-on-week. This was also the third weekend in a row in which less than 100 first-hand flats were sold.
