The low prices clearly attracted buyers, prompting the developer to release a new batch of units this coming Saturday. The new batch includes 139 units, ranging from about 200 to 650 square feet in size, featuring studios to three-bedroom units. The discounted prices range from about HK$2.2 million to HK$7.76 million, with an average discounted price per square foot of HK$11,000, 12% higher than the first batch's HK$9,988. Although the new batch offers units on higher floors, some units still saw price increases of over 10%.
