Today on Squarefoot, we explore a meticulously renovated HK$90 million apartment in Eredine, a colonial-style building established in 1965 on The Peak—Hong Kong's most prestigious and one of the world's most expensive residential neighborhoods.

This three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence boasts European-style interiors and breathtaking views of the Southside. The chic entrance leads into a spacious living area. Here, luxurious chevron flooring enhances the sense of space, complemented by a dramatic black fireplace that adds a unique flair. The room is bright and airy, thanks to high ceilings and end-to-end windows.

The master suite features double walk-in closets, including a woman's closet adorned with delicate hand-painted flowers. The all-marble master bathroom is pristine, with mosaic floors and a large freestanding bathtub.

The second bedroom maintains a minimalist charm with simple white tones, equipped with a large single bed, two full-height fitted closets, and a cozy two-seater—a spot easily swapped for a desk. Dual windows flood the room with natural light while offering views of both the mountains and the sea.

The third bedroom is comparably spacious, featuring a double bed flanked by bedside tables and wall-mounted reading lamps for a calm nighttime read. The large room accommodates a wardrobe, a window with a sofa, and a small work desk, yet still feels roomy and easy to navigate. A deep blue-green accent wall adds a cosy touch, bringing life and warmth to the space.

The expansive kitchen is a culinary dream featuring a central marble island, an L-shaped counter for family cooking sessions, and substantial amenities including side-by-side double-door refrigerators and four ovens with a stovetop.
