On March 13, The Knightsbridge, a luxury residential project at Kai Tak, unveiled a new sales arrangement. For the first time, 12 units from Block 6 will be offered via tender starting next Tuesday (March 18) until August 15, 2025.
These 12 units are located on the 3rd to 15th floors of Block 6 and include Type A and Type B standard seafront units. They feature 3-bedroom en-suites with a storage room and utility area, with saleable areas ranging from 1,085 to 1,117 square feet. The units offer panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and include private lift lobbies.
Since launching as completed units, The Knightsbridge has sold 58 units, generating over HK$2.26 billion in revenue. To date, a total of 119 units have been sold across the project, with total revenue nearing HK$4.85 billion.
