Sun Hung Kai (0016) has officially opened the show flats of their new Kai Tak MTR development, Cullinan Sky, to the public today (25th). According to the developer, there are currently no plans for selling units via tender, but due to strong interest, the company is actively considering offering larger units through a tender process during the initial sales phase.
Regarding recent reductions in mortgage rates, the developer noted that an improved stock market sentiment and favorable external conditions have boosted buyer confidence, both for personal use and investment purposes.
To support the project’s sales, Bank of China (Hong Kong) is offering mortgage services to potential buyers, along with a financial reward of HK$40,000. The first 10 buyers who utilise BOCHK’s mortgage services will also receive a limited-edition gold-plated Bank of China Tower ornament. Additionally, a dedicated team will provide mortgage consultation services in Mandarin.
