One Jardine's Lookout Receives Nearly 1,500 Checks, Oversubscribed by 16 Times

Emperor International (0163) will launch the first round of sales for One Jardine's Lookout, located in Happy Valley, this Saturday (28th), offering 85 units with prices starting at HK$4.158 million. So far, the project has received nearly 1,500 registrations, meaning the 85 units are oversubscribed by more than 16 times. The registration period will close tomorrow afternoon.

The units available in this first round range from one- to three-bedroom layouts, with saleable areas between 231 and 559 square feet. The discounted prices range from HK$4.158 million to HK$10.7268 million, with prices per square foot ranging from around HK$15,888 to HK$21,250.

To support the sales of One Jardine's Lookout, the developer has partnered with several property agents to offer mortgage incentives. Through Centaline Mortgage, buyers can access mortgage rates as low as H+1.3%, with a cap rate of P-1.75% (P currently stands at 5.625%), resulting in an effective mortgage rate as low as 3.875%. The plan also includes cash rebates of up to 0.2% of the loan amount, with mortgage financing available for up to 90% of the property value and a maximum loan term of 30 years.
