Over the weekend, the spotlight was on Le Mont in Tai Po, where 228 units were launched in the first round of sales, and 223 units were sold on the same day, achieving a 98% sell-through rate.
On Saturday night, the developer released 96 additional units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom layouts, with saleable areas between around 260 to 650 square feet. The "1 Plus 1" payment plan was extended to include discounts for smaller units, from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Buyers of three- or four-bedroom units are eligible for additional discounts of HK$1 million and HK$1.6 million, respectively, if they purchase designated one- or two-bedroom units as well.
With these discounts, unit prices range from HK$1.85 million to HK$8.73 million, at discounted prices of HK$6,150 and HK$15,695 square foot.
The second round of sales, featuring 118 units, is scheduled for this Wednesday.
