State Pavilia will begin its first-round sales of 168 units this Saturday, with discounted average prices set at around HK$18,900 per square foot.
Unit prices range from HK$6.05 million to HK$20.39 million, with discounted prices per square foot from about HK$16,900 to HK$28,100.
The developer also released a third price list yesterday, adding 39 units with saleable areas between 321 and 726 square feet.
Discounted prices for these units range from HK$6.35 million to HK$20.39 million, with per-square-foot prices between around HK$17,600 and HK$28,100.
According to the developer, the newly added units are mainly mid- to high-floor apartments, described as being launched at original prices.
