Last Saturday, the Aruna project in Ap Lei Chau, developed by Chuang’s China Investments, was scheduled to launch 25 units for sale last Saturday.
But in a surprising turn of events, the developer called off its first-round sales at the last minute.
They had only received 100 checks up till then.
