The three-day holiday weekend recorded around 147 new property transactions.
Saturday and Sunday alone accounted for 123 sales, representing a 28% drop compared to the previous week, the decline mainly due to the lack of major new project launches over the weekend.
At In One Above, a new phase of sales offered 69 units, of which 61 were sold in a single day, achieving a sell-through rate of 88%.
The most expensive unit sold was a two-bedroom apartment with a storage room, located on the 11th floor of Block 1A. The unit was sold for over HK$18.66 million, at around HK$31,500 per square foot.
