Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has officially released the sales brochure for its Cullinan Harbour project in Kai Tak. The developer has announced that 12 units will be available for tender starting next Wednesday, March 26, with bidding details to be announced shortly.
The Cullinan Harbour development consists of 43 units located in Block 7, with usable areas ranging from 1,124 to 2,476 square feet. This includes 42 standard units measuring between 1,124 and 1,150 square feet, and one special duplex penthouse unit with a usable area of 2,476 square feet.
The standout unit is the duplex penthouse, located on the 27th and 28th floors. It features a four-bedroom layout, a 699 sq. ft. private terrace, an 882 sq. ft. rooftop with a sunken lounge area and a private swimming pool, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining areas, which offer panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. An internal staircase connects the two floors.
The smallest unit in the development is located in Block 7, from the 2nd to the 26th floor, with a usable area of 1,124 square feet. It features a four-bedroom layout and a private elevator lobby.
Due to strong past sales performance, the developer is optimistic about the market response.
