The new residential project State Pavilia in North Point, developed by New World Development, will announce its pricing today (February 6). The first price list is expected to include 88 units, with plans to open show flats for viewing and begin accepting applications later this week. Sales may start as early as next week.
The developer confirmed that the first batch of 88 units will be launched tomorrow, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts. Show flats will open exclusively to members of the New World Club on Thursday evening, followed by a public opening on Saturday. Applications for units will also open on the same day, and the first sales may begin next week. The show flats will primarily feature one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts.
According to the developer, pricing will be based on comparable new developments near railway stations in Hong Kong Island. According to agents, the area has strong rental demand, with over half of the prospective buyers being investors. To attract these buyers, some units will come with furniture packages, making it easier for investors to rent them out fully furnished.
