342 new homes are hitting the market this Friday, including two railway projects– will buyers rush in or hold back?
Deep Water Pavilia at the Wong Chuk Hang MTR station raised prices on Monday and launched 52 additional units, ranging from 476 to 860 square feet in size. The discounted prices range from HK$10.24 million to HK$24.51 million, at around HK$20,900 to HK$28,500 per square foot, with an average discounted price of HK$22,405 per square foot.
This Friday, Lohas Park’s Phase 12C project, Grand Seasons, is also set to hit the market with 178 units.
