Zhong Zhilin, the manager of real estate department of Nan Fung, yesterday expressed the brochure of The Visionary will be uploaded soon, and they will put on sale it within this month. He said the first batch of it are more than 280 units taking 20% of total at least, and the sample flat will be in Kowloon Bay. He pointed, the project has 1,419 units in layout from 1 to 4 rooms, 6 villas and 12 compound apartments, and the customers are most users since Tung Chung has been an international zone near to Pearl River Delta. When asked if they worry the market can't absorb more than one thousand units of this project, he believed that is not a large number because Hong Kong consumes more than ten thousands of first hand properties each year.
