Hang Lung Properties’ luxury project in #23-39 Blue Pool Road, Wong Nai Chung sold the 37A villa yesterday, which in usable area of 4,571 sq ft and three layers has five suites and worker suite setting with courtyard in 381 sq ft and terrace in 1,344 sq ft, and the transaction price including decoration was more than HKD 338 million, with the sq ft price at HKD 73,988, the latest peak among villas in the same district. Buyers can enjoy 1,080 days (about 3 years) special sales period. SHKP’s Victoria Harbour sold unit B on 17th floor of block 5A at HKD 16.0842 million, which is one-bedroom unit in usable area of 378 sq ft, with the sq ft price at HKD 44,456. The remaining 23 units of Kowloon Development’s occupied project Upper East in Hung Hom were put on sale yesterday by bidding, with 6 among were sold, which are in usable areas of 275-363 sq ft, and the prices were from HKD 6.62 million to HKD 8.64 million, with the sq ft prices from HKD 22,716 to HKD 24,865.
