The Avenue which is the project in cooperation of Sino Land,Hopewell and URA launched out the forth batch 200 units on sale last night,after discounted,with an average price of HKD 423,004 per sq.ft,of which including 180 standard units an 20 special units.And for this time is the first time that launching a 3 bedrooms with one interval unit which located in flat A,Tower 1,salable area of 911 feet;also 1 bedroom penthouse which located in Flat J,Tower 3,salable area of 601 feet.And the unit with the cheapest price located in Flat L,32/F,Tower 2,salable area of 334 feet,after discounted,priced at HKD $7.3383 million,with an average price of HKD $21,971 per sq.ft.And the unit which have the cheapest feet price located in Flat H,36/F,Tower 2,salable area of 445 feet,after discounted,priced at HKD $9.4091 million,with an average price of HKD $21,144 per sq.ft.
Teenagers were attracted by 1 bedroom penthouse unit
Sino Land executive director Wong Wing Kong said yesterday,The Avenue in Wan chai have recorded good response in the past two batch of sales,the units are all sold out,and the response of the sale which launched yesterday also recorded hot sale,including 1 bedroom penthouse unit which launched out for the first time,were welcomed by teenagers,and there are a lot of buyers which havebought the units before have come once again and support the sale,and The Visionary in Tung Chung also recorded a good response on votes received,in the first batch of sale,received a total of 3,000 votes,which reflected that the local buyers are buying properties 'in form of healthy' in these few weeks.
Sino Land Sales Associate Director Tin Siu Yuen said,the third batch 220 units of The Avenue which launched out on sale at 11:00am yesterday,have sold out 90 units in the first hour of sale,and all the units have all sold out at 2:30pm,of which,only 5% of the buyers purchased the units with company name.The news refer to the sing Choi Yuk Chi purchased a 2-bedrooms unit with sea-view which located in upper floor in HKD $1.2 ten million for rental-use,and some said that Choi Yuk Chi have always purchasing the units in Wan Chai for rental-use,and former television news anchor who is now a registered Chinese medicine Mr. and Mrs. Wong De Yu also purchased the units,sophisticated investors,the wife of Yeung Wing Yang have also attended the scene and choose the flats.In addition,there are also foreign buyers buying the units for his son own use.
The 220 units which launched out on sale yesterday,after discounted up to 17.5%,with an average price of HKD $21,449 per sq.ft,compared to HKD $19,606 per sq.ft which recorded in the second batch of units,increased 9.4% of the price,also surged 12.93% when compared to HKD $18,994 per sq.ft which recorded in the first batch of units.The saleable area of this batch of units are ranging from 334 feet to 760 feet,the admission unit located in Flat L,27/F,Tower 2,saleable area of 334 feet,after discounted,priced at HKD $7.05 million,with an average price of HKD $21,111 per sq.ft.This batch of units including special units which are launched out for the first time,of which 1 bedroom duplex unit which located in Tower 2,saleable area of 584 feet,after discounted,each unit with an average price of HKD $21,225 per sq.ft.
The second batch sale of The Visionary have recorded 2.1 times over-registrations
As for the second batch 768 units of The Visionary of Nan Fung Development which located in Tung Chung have cut the votes receiving at 3:00pm yesterday,the news refer to the sale have received a total of 2,433 votes,recorded 2.1 times over-registrations,and buyers with company name acounted for 5.The new batch of 28 units of The Long Beach which located in Tai Kok Tsui received a total of 97 votes,recorded 0.71 times over-registrations.
As for other new properties,Imperial Kennedy of SHKP which located in the Western sold 2 units,and OCEAN ONE which located in Yau Tong sold one unit.
