According to price list shows the first 192 units of The Wings IIIA,the units with 1 and 2-bedrooms interval priced at HKD $7.5 million or below accounted for 62 units,representing approximately 32% the total number of units launched,of which one room with the salable area of 355 feet to 366 feet,priced at HKD $ 4.921-HKD $5.299 million,included developers offer discounts of at least 10.88%, a room discounted entrance fee of about HKD $4.38 million,as for the units with 2-bedrooms interval with the salable area of 541 feet,priced from HKD $6.554 million to HKD $7.243 million,included in the discount, discounted admission fee of HKD $5.84 million.Regional estate agent said the admission price of these units with about approximately 16.5% lower than the units with two rooms interval of The Wing Phase 1 which prices at least HKD $7.0 million.Such of the units with the maximum discount for Hong Kong buyers and mainland buyers of 13.05% and 23.55% respectively.

Midland Realty said the owners of The Wings Phase 1 have not put their unit on sale anymore
