Short-term factors do not affect the investment As for the residential property market,he expects the average annual supply of private residential units in the next four years about 16,000 units,from the recent demand for new units displayed,there are much own home-use buyers and long-term investors,the small and medium sized residential units sales in relatively active,significantly reducing the speculators,so it is estimated that the property market will be stable and healthy development,unless there is a sudden event,SHKP investment in mainland China and Hong Kong will not be slowed the pace of investment down because of in short-term factors,as each investment period is 5 years to 7 years. In the long run,SHKP felt optimistic about Hong Kong's future.
