太古城兩房985萬破頂

香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）二手住宅破頂成交不絕，鰂魚涌藍籌屋苑太古城兩房戶錄新高價成交。中原張光耀指，屋苑漢宮閣高層B室，實用面積580方呎，屬兩房則王間隔。以985萬元將單位易手，破分層新高，較上月創下的980萬元紀錄再高出5萬元，呎價16,983元。原業主於2012年以740萬元買入單位。

屯門倚嶺南庭連環新高

同時，祥益黃振文表示，近期股市向好，帶動樓市交投增加，部分優質單位更不乏高價成交個案。屯門倚嶺南庭高層G室，實用面積733方呎，日前以約650萬元易手，折合呎價高達8,868元，呎價及金額均締造該屋苑入伙以來新高紀錄。原業主於2012年以約380萬購入單位，是次轉手賬面獲利高達270萬元。

荃灣荃景花園則錄高市價成交，美聯梁仲維稱，屋苑11座中層F室，實用面積約為380方呎，作價成交價約417萬元，呎價10,974元，高於市價。原業主於2000年以約118.8萬元購入上述物業。
