On the same day, developer published sales arrangement, which is putting on sale 62 units on this Sunday (8th) by draw lots. In other side, first hand property competition gets fierce. Far East Consortium's single building EIVISSA CREST in Sai Ying Pun increased the highest discount to 20.5% from 18.5%. POSITANO announced No.2 price list yesterday, including 10 units in layout of three rooms and 2 units in layout of standard four rooms, which are located in block 5 in usable areas from 1,676 sq ft to 1,874 sq ft, and their prices are from HKD 28.738 million to HKD 42.918 million, with average sq ft price at HKD 18,925, up 2%-5% comparing with prices in first price list. Developer maintains the privileges, including BSD discount, special discount in 15%, and ad valorem stamp duty allowance in 3.75% or 4.25%. Since the open of the ready flat, more than 5,000 person-times visited and most of them are satisfied with open sea view of the project, expressed by Shi Muland, the Sales and Marketing General Manager of Hong Kong Resort International Limited. 20% among visitors are foreigners, while 80% are local person and mainland customers, and the project had started application from potential buyers. EIVISSA CREST increased discount to about 20%. Besides, EIVISSA CREST updated price list yesterday, adding privilege of 90 days transaction term and price cut up to 10%, so the highest discount of this project is increased from 18.5% to 20.5%. EIVISSA CREST supplies 106 units, most of which are open style and one room layout, and they are predicted to be occupied next December. About other first hand projects, The Avenue in Wan Chai, the Reach in Yuen Long, Argenta in Midlevels West, High Park in Sham Shui Po, The Visionary in Tung Chung and so on registered at least 1 transaction.
