March recorded 2,380 primary market transactions, a month-on-month increase of over 90%, marking the busiest month since October of 2024.
The transaction value exceeded HK$17 billion, up more than 60% from the previous month.
The most successful project was Yoho West Parkside in Tin Shui Wai, which held four rounds of sales and sold around 500 units, accounting for 20% of the overall market total. Following closely was Le Mont in Tai Po, both its first and second phases, which sold around 410 units through multiple sales rounds. Eight Southpark in Kowloon City also achieved notable results, with about 250 units sold.
