According to the price list is displayed,the first batch of units of GRAND AUSTIN which was developed by Wheelock Properties and New World was located in Tower 3 and 5,with a salable area of 581 feet to 1,771 feet,with an average price of HKD $26,244 per sq.feet,priced from HKD $1.2586 ten million to HKD $4.0284 ten million,the developers to provide 120 days (according to the price reduction of 8%), 180 days (according to the price minus 7%), 270 days (according to the price minus 5%) and construction of payment (according to the price) four kinds payment method, while New World Club and Club Weelock members receive 3% discount,bought the 2 bedrooms unit before July 31 can free of 7.5% of the ad valorem stamp duty,8.5% for 3 bedrooms unit and free of taxes ,other concessions,two or three bedrooms unit with a maximum of 18.5% and 19.5% discount.

Wheelock Properties chairman Leung Chi Kin said,the prices of the first batch of units of GRAND AUSTIN was very attractive,it will be put up for sale in form of ballots. He also said that the current market conditions was similar with the sale of THE AUSTIN which put up last year,did not change much,coupled with the highest construction cost, the local environment is also hard to find again.
As for the recent launch of multiple new properties,he believes that different projects have achieved pre-sale consents issued only a coincidence,but also refers to the purpose of the different geographical distribution, different source, do not worry about competition. He also said, GRAND AUSTIN will gradually increase the extra units for sale according to the market demand,stressed that it will not put up for sale in form of 'squirt toothpaste',hoping that the sales pace will like the sale of THE AUSTIN,of which 576 units sold out within a month,in order to achieve the flow of goods.
