Developers take the advantage of first hand property hot market to additional launch more houses. Wheelock’s LOHAS Park GRAND MONTARA in Tseung Kwan O again additional launched 101 houses with mark up yesterday, with the average sq ft price at HKD19,988, and the discounted average sq ft price is HKD15,491 after deducting the highest 22.5% discount, besides the project has launched 4 price lists including 404 houses. The sale prices range from HKD7.739 million to HKD17.431 million, and the discounted prices are from HKD5.598 million to HKD13.51 million, leading the discounted total market value of this batch to about HKD1 billion.

Poly’s Vibe Centro in Kai Tak has recorded two cases of forfeiture of deposit, which are room C on 35th floor and room E on 36th floor of block 1A in usable areas of 244 sq ft and 349 sq ft, and they should had been sold at HKD6.7943 million and HKD9.5164 million respectively on June 16, but buyers gave up leading the 5% deposits of about HKD0.34 million and HKD0.475 million respectively were confiscated, that is, the total deposits for these two apartments at about HKD0.82 million was confiscated.
