　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）踏入租務市場旺季，信和集團位於赤柱灘道7號的豪宅租盤Three Bays，租金亦見新高。信和集團租務部總經理鍾志霖表示，其中一間單位面積3,870呎，四房間隔，客廳擁特大落地玻璃幕牆，月租達32.12萬元，呎租達83元，租金再創該屋苑新高，較去年同期上升15%，預計由現在至年底租金仍有約8%的升幅潛力。

獨立屋月租逾32萬

　Three Bays 提供9幢全海景豪華獨立屋，面積分別為3,870呎和3,960呎兩種，擁有環迴全海景，飽覽赤柱泳灘、龜背灣及大潭灣，雅致的花園景及泳池景等多重景緻，深受跨國公司的高級職員垂青，當中部分公司更屬於《財富雜誌》全美500間最大公司。

　Three Bays每間獨立屋共有4個逾200至300呎的特大套房，而每間套房均有70至80呎大露台。每間屋的樓底極高，客廳及飯廳的樓底約16呎，而4間套房的樓底超過12呎。
