The first batch of 30 units of COHO in Causeway Bay will be put on sale on 4th next month at the soonest, with the lowest price at HKD 8.578 million, and there will be 18.75% discount at the most supplied to private and company buyers, Soundwill Holdings announced yesterday. The price of first batch refers to first hand property pricing in the market recently, and COHO has its special selling point, so they have confidence of this project, expressed by Chen Huiling who is Executive Director.
These 30 units of COHO are located from 3rd-11th floor and 22nd-29th floor (4th and 24th floor are not included), including 28 standard units and 2 feature units in layout of one room with platform, and they will be put on sale at 6pm of next 4th at the soonest. The sale prices are from HKD 8.578 million to HKD 12.469 million, with usable area sq ft prices from HKD 27,060 to HKD 39,710.
Developer supplies four payment methods. Private name and company name buyer who choose cash payment in 180 days will respectively enjoy discount in 8.75% and 18.75% of the sale price. Besides, private name buyer can have 7.5% discount for stamp duty allowance and Soundwill Club member gains 2.5% discount, with total privilege in 18.75% at the most.
In addition, Cheung Kong's Trinity Towers in Cheung Sha Wan sold out 216 units in four hourse on Saturday, taking in HKD 1.45 billion. They were satisfied with the sale and additional launched 93 units at original price that night, yesterday expressed by Zhao Guoxiong, the Executive Director of Cheung Kong. Buyers of the sold 216 units are 60% from Kowloon and 30% from New Territories, and three rooms unit is popular among family buyers, pointed by He Jiaxin, the Senior Sales Manager.
The brochure of City Point is under approval process of MTR.
Zhao Guoxiong said, they would discuss with URA about the sale arrangement of the additional launched units today. As for their new project City Point in Tsuen Wan, most preparations have been finished, and they hope can announce its brochure and price list soon, while the brochure has been submitted to MTR who is co-operative developer for approval. But it is still in discussion term currently, since the situation is complicated and needs to be confirmed by West Rail and MTR.
