樓市近日回暖，居屋市場銀主盤亦變得搶手。祥益地產區域董事黃慶德透露，富健花園最近錄得一宗銀主盤拍賣成交，單位為5座中層E室，實用面積431平方呎，兩房兩廳間隔，開拍價為198萬元，在競投過程中，共有四組買家激烈搶買，最終以243萬元成交，比起開拍價高45萬元或約23%。

黃慶德表示，該銀主盤的買家是屯門區內居民，之前已尋遍區內放盤，這個銀主盤的開拍價格低於銀行的網上估價約363萬元達54%，不過其優越的地理位置和開揚的河景吸引了買家。該買家最終以「一炮過」Full Pay的方式購得上址自住，平均實用呎價僅5,638元。

富健花園與毗鄰的龍門居同為私人參建居屋，鄰近屯門碼頭，取道屯門赤鱲角隧道公路來往港珠澳大橋香港口岸及機場都十分方便。此外，富健花園與龍門居的地舖群，食肆林立，形成一條區內知名的「食街」，是區內人士的宵夜熱點，被網民視為「屯門名物」。
