中原地產海日灣分行經理李嘉龍表示，日前促成大埔海寶花園最新錄C座低層03室租賃成交，單位實用面積519平方呎，建築面積643平方呎，3房間隔，零議價後以$1.6萬租出，實用面積平均呎租約$30.8。
中原李嘉龍指，新租客為3名內地女學生，見屋苑租金合理，單位間隔合用，為方便上學，即把握機會以先付11個月租金方式租入單位自用。業主則於1992年以$171萬購入單位，是次租出單位可享約11.2厘租金回報。
