中原地產 - 胡耀祖經理表示，近日交投氣氛向好，馬鞍山區本月暫錄約20宗成交，較上月同期增加約2成，其中馬鞍山中心剛錄本月首宗成交，最新錄3座中層F室，實用面積381平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$585萬，議價後以$557.8萬易手，實用平均呎價$14,640。
胡耀祖指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即決定入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於2018年以$600萬購入單位，持貨約8年，是次轉手賬面上蝕約$42.2萬或7%離場。
