世紀21奇豐物業天宇海分行經理黃宗信表示,新近錄得馬鞍山迎海25座高層D室,實用面積498平方呎,屬2房連儲物室間隔,座向西南望遠景,單位放盤3個月,原叫價$680萬,減$40萬至$640萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,851。

據了解,原業主於2020年7月以$838萬購入上址,持貨5年至今易手,賬面虧蝕$198萬,單位期內跌24%。
