世紀21奇豐-黃宗信經理表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山曉峰灣畔2座高層B室成交,實用面積684平方呎,屬3房間隔,座向西南望海景,放盤4個月,業主叫價$780萬,終減價$17萬至$763萬成交,減幅2.2%,實用面積平均呎價$11,155。

據了解,原業主於2010年1月以$378萬購入上址,持貨15年至今沽售,賬面獲利$385萬,單位期內升值1倍。
