世紀21奇豐-黎健峯董事表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山新港城J座中層05室,實用面積519平方呎,3房間隔,座向東南望樓景,放盤1個月,原叫價$718萬,減$38萬,獲買家以$680萬購入,實用面積平均呎價$13,102。

據了解,原業主於1998年2月購入上址,當時作價$423萬,持貨27年沽售,賬面獲利$257萬離場,單位期內升值61%。
