馬鞍山中心3房累減$27萬至$723萬獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐-蔡蓓經理表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心成交,單位為4座高層D室,實用面積634平方呎,屬3房間隔,座向西北望海景,放盤4個月,原叫價$750萬,累減$27萬至$723萬獲買家承接,減幅3.6%,實用面積平均呎價$11,404。 

據了解,原業主早於2002年3月購入上述單位,當時作價$221萬,持貨23年至今沽售,賬面獲利$502萬離場,單位期內升近2.3倍。
