　香港文匯報訊　美聯商業助理營業董事麥世強表示，中環香港貿易中最後一層剛獲資深投資者廖偉麟吸納，成交金額約3,036萬。

　麥氏指出，香港貿易中心6樓全層，樓面面積約3,490平方呎，成交金額約3,036萬，呎價約8,700元連租約易手，現由兩組專業行業分別為會計師行及大律師樓所租用，每月租金收入約9萬元，租金回報約3.6厘。連同上述成交，該廈已於短短兩月內連錄得6宗全層成交個案。
