香港興業西港都會擬改建酒店

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 本港酒店房間不足，不少財團睇準機會興建酒店，香港興業旗下長沙灣永康街7號西港都會中心，就打算由現時的工廈改為酒店。地盤位於「其他指定用途」註明「商貿」地帶上，向城規會申請興建1幢27層高酒店，地積比率11.99倍，樓面約146,434方呎(包括酒店附屬商業面積)，提供230個房間。

財團申請將元州街舊樓建酒店

　此外，同區元州街310至310C號，亦有財團申請將舊樓重建為酒店，位於「住宅(甲類)8」地帶，地盤面積約4,159方呎，擬以9倍地積比率，興建1幢22層高的酒店(包括1層地庫)，提供214個房間，房間面積由106至229方呎不等。
