香港興業售沙田兩工廈

香港文匯報訊香港興業（0480）與興勝創建（0896）昨日發表聯合通告，附屬公司與金華國際訂立買賣協議，同意出售兩項物業，代價分別為546萬元及549萬元。

兩項物業分別為沙田源順圍5至7號沙田工業中心B座5樓17室，以及沙田源順圍5至7號沙田工業中心B座5樓18室。

另外，宏輝集團（0183）同日公佈，全資附屬公司ACL與賣方訂立備忘錄，同意購買物業，現金代價1.05億元。物業為香港皇后大道西419K號博仕台地下2號舖及地下一層3號舖。物業為兩個相連零售舖位，總建築面積約10,300平方呎。
