美聯物業青衣港鐵站分行高級分區營業經理李貫甡表示，成交單位為青衣青泰苑B座高層6室，實用面積554平方呎，建築面積713平方呎，3房單位，面向東南，望開闊內園景，買家為區内分支家庭，心儀單位樓層及朝向，觀望多時，見近日市場成交加快，故決定入市，以$618萬於自由市場成交單位，實用面積平均呎價約$11,115，建築面積平均呎價約$8,668。

據了解，原業主於2010年6月份以$233萬購入上述單位，持貨逾12年，賬面獲利$385萬，期內物業升值約1.7倍。
