青衣曉峰園連天台單位累減至$998萬沽出

中原地產青衣高級資深分區營業經理黃國強表示，日前促成青衣曉峰園1座高層連天台單位成交，實用面積792平方呎，3房連套房間隔，連約390平方呎天台，叫價$1,200萬，累減至$998萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價$12,601，較市價低約2至3%。中原黃國強指，買家為外區用家，見上址價錢吸引，單位少有放盤，於是把握機會入市自用。據了解，原業主則於2007年12月以$440萬買入單位，持貨15年轉售，帳面獲利$558萬，單位升值127%。
