　香港文匯報訊 (記者周穎) 有本地集團眼見現時市道暢旺，斥資逾數千萬吸納青衣工廈物業作業務擴充之用。美聯工商營業董事黃寶偉表示，青衣工業中心D座10樓全層連4個車位，樓面面積28,700方呎，呎價1,200元，總涉資3,444萬元，以現況形式易手。據悉，買家為本地清潔集團，早於區內、外設有自置物業，為因應日益增長的業務需求而購入上址作擴充之用。

　另外，美聯商業營業董事郭漢釗表示，灣仔海港中心26樓01室放售，面積1,222方呎，意向呎價22,800元，總額2,786萬，物業擁海景，以交吉形式放售。根據現時市值租金推算，每平方呎租金可造至55元，租金回報接近3厘。
