陽光房產4物業7月初截標

　陽光房地產基金日前表示推售的一籃子4個商舖物業，以公開招標形式放售，準買家可一併、獨立或組合形式入標競投，截標日期為7月6日(星期五)。據該基金中期報告顯示，至2011年12月底，當時該批物業市場估值約4.65億元。

　獲委託之中原(工商舖)蔡德寶表示，4個物業包括北角耀星華庭地舖部分，位於水星街28號，合共提供9個舖位，涉及面積約4,226方呎，提供商舖單位面積由299至658平方呎不等，現時由2個租客承租；而另一個北角商舖項目位於北角春秧街港逸軒地下及1樓，地舖提供共6個商舖，舖位面積由199至1,448方呎，而1樓面積則約3,537方呎。

　其餘兩組物業方面，位於香港仔大道的裕輝商業中心一籃子物業，包括地下3個商舖及上層多個寫字樓單位，地舖面積約1,479方呎，寫字樓面積約41,272方呎，合共樓面面積約42,751方呎，而另一組物業則坐落於旺角新填地街的新輝商業中心4個商舖、面積約2,334方呎，而上層多個寫字樓單位，面積則約23,817方呎，整個項目涉及面積約26,151方呎。
