香港置業-謝正董事表示，租出單位為長沙灣喜薈3座中層A室，實用面積約524平方呎，屬2房間隔，向西南望開揚市景。謝正稱，業主以$2.2萬放租約1個月後吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$2萬承租，單位實用面積平均呎租約$38.2。據悉，租客為家庭客，心儀單位裝修新簇，故睇樓1次後即決定承租。
資料顯示，業主於2015年8月以約$703萬購入上述單位，若以現時的租金水平計算，業主享回報約3.4厘。
