世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，該行錄得鑽石山居屋瓊軒苑錄表成交，成交為瓊軒苑中層02室，三房兩廳主要望西北面開揚景觀單位，單位實用面積為554平方呎，新近以$545萬(綠表價)成交，未補地價的實用面積呎價為$9,838。

據了解單位業主原叫價為$579萬，最終輕微減價$34萬成交，減幅5.9%便成功售出單位。原業主於2009年以$160萬購入至今，持貨13年帳面升值$385萬，期間升值2.4倍。
