銅鑼灣3份申述不獲採納

 城規會早前審議通過銅鑼灣大綱圖的修訂,但作輕微修訂,再接獲3份進一步申述,反對其中有關新寧道高限由100米放寬至130米(主水平基準以上,下同)、希雲街一帶改劃為混合用途等,另有申述對城規會不接納希雲街高限放寬至130米表達反對。但規劃署考慮後,並未支持新的申述意見,建議維持原來的大綱圖修訂。

 另外,淺水灣南灣道15號,地盤面積11,195呎,地盤規劃為「住宅(丙類)5」,覆蓋率最多25%,業主新近向城規會申請略為放寬覆蓋率至29%,擬建2幢物業,包括1幢3層高住宅及1幢2層高連地下室的康樂樓。

 土地註冊處資料顯示,南區壽臣山道南源單號屋,面積約4,610呎,以2.35億元成交,呎價約50,976元,原業主03年9月以5,900.8萬元購入,現帳面獲利約1.76億元,賺幅約3倍。新買家以BARMONA LIMITED登記。
